Introduction

Fondation LoLa is a family initiative focused on improving literacy and access to educational resources in underprivileged communities, especially in the Congo. Founded by a group of relatives passionate about education, we aim to inspire a lifelong love of reading and learning.

Our Story

Fondation LoLa’s journey began as a family dream, inspired by a shared passion for education and the desire to give back. It all started with the transformation of our childhood home into a community library, modeled after the inspiring libraries of Edmonton, Canada. One of our founders was always captivated by the wealth of resources available there, sparking the idea of creating a similar space for communities in need.

The foundation’s founders include teachers, a medical doctor, and a business executive, each bringing unique expertise to promote literacy and drive sustainable change.
